  • “Software” – games, platforms, tools, firmware, or digital products created, licensed, or integrated with Blue Steel.

  • “Content” – text, media, graphics, videos, marketing materials, product descriptions, and documentation.

3. USE OF SERVICES

You agree to:

  • Use the website and materials only for lawful business purposes.

  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access secure components without authorization.

  • Not copy, modify, or resell our content without written permission.

Operators are solely responsible for:

6. ORDERING, PAYMENTS & INVOICING

Payments for hardware, services, or licensing must be made according to the terms listed on your invoice or agreement.

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Delays in hardware shipment

  • Withholding of software licensing

  • Revocation of branding access

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, product names, inventions, branding, designs, and proprietary tools are owned by Blue Steel Kiosk and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content
